Shipping policy
We ship to the United States and to most countries worldwide.
United States
- Cost: free on all orders.
- Delivery: usually 8 to 14 business days after your order ships.
International
- Cost: a flat $7.95 per order, tracked.
- Delivery: usually 10 to 20 business days after your order ships, depending on the country and local customs.
- Duties and taxes: orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT or GST charged by your country's customs or by the carrier. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.
All orders
- Processing: orders leave our fulfillment partner within 1 to 2 business days.
- Estimate: an estimated delivery window is shown on each product page.
- Tracking: you will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, or within 30 business days for international orders, contact us through our contact page and we will send a replacement or refund you.
Prices include all import duties for US deliveries. You will not be asked to pay anything at the door.
