The 60-Night Morning Guarantee

Heel pain doesn't change overnight, so a 14-day return window doesn't make sense. You get 60 nights.

How it works

1. Use the kit for up to 60 nights, counted from the day it's delivered.
2. If your mornings don't feel better, send us a message with your order number within 60 days of delivery.
3. We refund the full product price to your original payment method, usually within 3 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

The fine print, in plain English

• Opened and used is fine. You don't need to send the kit back.
• Applies to the Morning Relief Kit (One Foot and Both Feet). One refund per household.
• US shipping is free, so there's nothing extra to refund or deduct. On international orders, the $7.95 shipping charge is not part of the refund.
• Single items (splint, heel cups, massage ball, sleeves): 30 days from delivery, same easy process.
• Recovery Slides: one free size swap within 30 days of delivery (we ship the new size, no need to return the first pair), or a refund within 30 days.
• Wrong size? We'll exchange splints and heel cups free.
• Arrived damaged or wrong? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it free.

We may ask how you used the kit. It's optional, and it helps us improve. It never affects your refund.
